First things first, we look forward to welcoming you to our family-owned and -operated guest ranch in Bigfork, Montana! Second, we’re here to help you with any questions regarding availability and reservations. Our best advice is to get in touch early as space is limited. Policies
To confirm your stay, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due at the end of your stay. A 10% gratuity is automatically added for parties of six or more.
Single family reservations cancelled 150 or more days prior to arrival date will be refunded the deposit less a $500 cancellation fee. Multiple family groups cancelled 150 or more days prior to the arrival date will be refunded the deposit, less a $500 cancellation fee per individual family unit. Any reservation cancelled less than 150 days prior to arrival date, including multiple family groups, will only be refunded if Flathead Lake Lodge is able to rebook the reservation with the same number of people. As stated, the $500 cancellation fee(s) will apply. We highly recommend trip insurance to cover any losses or interruption of travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or adjustments will be made to your total package price for any changes within 60 days of arrival which result in shortening the length of stay or reduction in occupancy.
Guests are not allowed to bring their pets to the ranch. However, when you are here, you will see ranch dogs, barn cats and other animals on the property for you to love on, engage with and pet.
