2010 Ranch Rate Schedule:
A one week stay runs Sunday to Sunday.
Rates are for 1 full week per person.

Optional gratuity for staff is not included in the above rates. Average gratuity is 10% of the total bill.
Deposit
A 30% is required for confirmation for single family reservations prior to February 1st. A 50% deposit is required after February 1st. Multiple family groups consisting of three or more families require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation.
Rates Include
7 days, 3 meals per day, lodging And all the on-site recreational amenities the Lodge offers.

Cancellation Policy
Single family reservations cancelled prior to February 1st, the deposit will be refunded less a $500.00 cancellation fee. Multiple family groups must cancel 150 days prior to arrival for a refund, fee per family unit.
*Any reservation cancelled after February 1st will only be refunded if we are able to rebook the reservation with the same number of people. The cancellation fees will apply. We highly recommend trip insurance to cover any losses or interruption of travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances.
